The GR8C's mission is to promote the education, operation, and use of the World Wide MLS to its fullest potential by developing protocols, specifications, and standards for the benefit of all people throughout the world.

The GR8C is a nonprofit scientific organization helping and supporting the general public with technology issues in the real estate industry. Its core competencies are research, development, innovation, education, and community.

In the Spotlight

The World Wide MLS Technology Stack is comprised of two internet protocols, MLSN and RETP, and a messaging vocabulary, Remetal, which allows for sending and receiving listings between registrants, registrars, and the GR8C registry over the Internet.
